Produced from vines aged between 80-100 years old, grown at high altitude on the slopes of Mount Etna in rich volcanic soil, which gives a unique minerality to these wines. 90% Carricante and 10% Catarratto. Straw yellow in colour, with a complex bouquet of white flowers, citrus fruit, honey, saffron and aromatic herbs. It is fresh, juicy and persistent on the palate with a sapid finish.
